What's it like working in sales?
Every day is different as a Sales Associate, filled with meeting and communicating with different people. I think it’s important to always practice strong time management skills and maintain a positive of mindset.

What are some major things you have learnt since starting work here?
I have learned the importance of building strong client relationships based on trust and transparency. I've also gained a deeper understanding of market trends and property values. Most importantly, I've learned that success in real estate is about consistently providing excellent service and going the extra mile for clients.
What have been your main achievements since working here?
My main achievements are learning how to effectively connect with people during open homes and auctions. I’ve also become skilled at entering an area and developing leads and business there. These experiences have helped me build my confidence and develop essential communication skills for success in real estate.
What are your goals for the future?
As a Sales Associate, my goals are to develop a comprehensive client database and connect with more people to expand my network. I aim to secure more listings for Alex Fan’s Team, achieve excellent results for sellers, and find the perfect homes for buyers.
What advice do you have for others wanting to pursue a career in real estate/sales?
My advice is to be patient and resilient. Real estate is a field that requires hard work and dedication, especially in the beginning.
