Lachlan Smith

Being born into a family of real estate agents and auctioneers, Lachlan Smith has always shown a natural aptitude for negotiating and achieving impeccable sales results. In 2008 and 2009 he was named Runner Up Rookie of the Year by a leading national agency and went on to attract further awards as the years went on.

After 15 successful years as a Sales Agent, and after having sold over $300,000,000 worth in property sales, Lachlan embarked on a new chapter in his career by becoming a Sales Director. This allowed him to follow his other passion of nurturing promising young talent in becoming the rising real estate stars of the future.

As Sales Director, he has helped lead the sales team, often acting as a mentor and ensuring targets are consistently met by each agent. He has been able to do this effortlessly by tapping into his wealth of knowledge and experience, which has been proven over his illustrious career with countless awards and accolades attributed to his name.

Imbued with an insatiable drive for success and a future-focused mindset, Lachlan is able to consistently come up with brilliant innovative ideas that help the team attain premium results for clients. His people-first approach has continuously allowed the team to flourish and develop their innate skills to succeed.

When not training the next generation of agents, Lachlan is enjoying his favourite sports, including Rugby League, Cricket and Boxing.
