Kate Pearson

Kate originally built the LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills Property Management Department from its infancy in 1993. Through excellent customer service and attention to detail she grew the rent roll from 66 to 750 in six years, winning LJ Hooker Property Manager of the year several times, and was asked to be become a founder of the LJ Hooker Property Management Lead committee for Captains Club.

After raising a family, Kate returned to the department to assist then went from Property Manager to Business Development Manager and onto General Manager again. She helped her team win the REB Property Management Department of the year in 2016 and got them short listed for 2017, while also becoming a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.

Kate quickly realised the frustrations in Property Management and joined the OurProperty team to help build the ultimate property management software.

Back as a Director of the Property Management Department, she has worked to restructure and improve the service, bringing the department back to the six star standard that it's historically been known for.

Kate enjoys working with people and for people and is so excited to be back in the industry.
