How have you utilised your previous career history, skills, and knowledge in your current role?
My background in being a Buyer’s Agent has been a huge asset, (in my opinion, buyer work is important as the buyer is the one who determines what they pay for the seller’s home, so asking the right questions of the buyer is crucial). I bring these strengths to every buyer to ensure that our vendors get the maximum amount for their home.
What are some major things you have learnt since starting work here?
I’ve learned that adaptability and continuous learning are essential in real estate. The market shifts, client needs evolve, and technology changes rapidly. I’ve also deepened my understanding of the emotional side of buying or selling—empathy and patience go a long way in building lasting relationships.
What are your goals for the future?
I’m focused on growing my client base through referrals and repeat business, which I see as the ultimate sign of trust. Long-term, I’m working toward building a team, expanding into investment advisory, and contributing to community development projects. I’m here for the long haul, building both a business and a legacy.
What advice do you have for others wanting to pursue a career in real estate/sales?
Be prepared to work hard, stay consistent, and invest in relationships. Success doesn’t happen overnight, but if you’re passionate, proactive, and always learning, it’s incredibly rewarding. Find a mentor, build a network, and never stop improving your knowledge of the market and people.
