What made you originally choose to work at LJ Hooker Property Partners?

I chose to work at LJ Hooker Property Partners due to the ongoing growth and opportunity it has to offer. Within our large team of agents, we all work together to overcome challenges and generate excellent results, therefore making it an easy choice when choosing who and where to work.

What do you enjoy most about working at LJ Hooker Property Partners?

I enjoy the excellent environment and atmosphere the workplace has to offer. There is never a dull moment working at LJ Hooker Property Partners, making it open and easy to adapt to.

What's it like working in sales? How does it compare to working in property management?

Working in sales is a completely different world; it’s fast paced rewarding environment pushes every agent to their limits. Property management and sales separate themselves through the procedures followed. Sales is never ending; you can get a call late at night and if you want that sale you must answer.

What’s it like working in Peter Florentzos’s team?

Working for Peter Florentzos is an opportunity of a lifetime. Peter and his team combined have many years of experience and knowledge that when shared and followed can be utilised to build upon and self-improve. As mentioned, there is never a dull moment working in the team, but when work must be completed, it will be completed to its upmost potential.

What do you feel is the difference you offer to clients?

Being new to the real estate sector, I bring my determination to make a name for myself. Other agents have already set up their name and brand, and I will not stop until I have the best possible outcome in every situation to build my name within the industry.

What are some major things you have learnt since starting work here?

One major thing I have learnt since starting at LJ Hooker Property Partners is the responsibility that we hold for accommodating our clients. We play a large role in helping to supply homes for many people and we take great pride in doing so.

How has your previous career experience aided you in your role as Sales Associate? And how has working in property management helped?

I have previously worked many jobs in customer service which has helped me develop in communication and networking, which greatly benefits me in this line of work. Same goes in property management; I was able to network with many property investors and build other beneficial relationships resulting in building my network.

What are your goals for the future?

I am a big believer in dreaming big. My goals include becoming highly known throughout the real estate community, not just throughout my specific area, but the whole of Australia. And reaching my full potential in whatever I do, whether that be through sport, gym or personal growth.

What advice do you have for others wanting to pursue a career in real estate/sales?

You have to be yourself. Being an agent, you learn to read people very well, so other agents will know if you’re not.
