- Promoter
1.1 The promoter is LJ Hooker Property Partners (the Promoter), located at 25 Pinelands Road, Sunnybank Hills QLD 4109 (telephone: (07) 3344 0288 email: sunnybankhills@ljhpp.com.au ABN: 21 107 068 020)
1.2 All decisions of the Promoter in relation to this promotion are final, subject to any applicable laws.
- Promotion Name
2.1 The promotion is known as the “LJ Hooker Property Partners 75” TV Giveaway” (the Promotion).
- Promotion Period
3.1 The Promotion opens at 12:01am AEST on 21 December 2025 and closes at 10:59am AEST on 17 May 2026 (Promotion Period).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3.3 The Promotion comprises multiple minor prize draws and one major prize draw, all of which must occur within 12 months of the Promotion commencing, in line with Queensland trade promotion rules.
- Eligibility
4.1 Entry is open to natural persons aged 18 years or over who are ordinarily resident in Queensland, Australia at the time of entry (Eligible Entrants).
4.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter:
a) employees, directors and officers of the Promoter, and
b) immediate family members of such employees, directors and officers (spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling residing at the same address).
4.3 Entry to the Promotion is free and no purchase is necessary to enter, in accordance with Queensland rules for category 4 promotional games.
- How to Enter
5.1 To enter, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
- a) visit the promotional webpage https://forms.gle/tqyM4RXfaXi5VK8q9 (Entry Site);
b) complete the online entry form with the following details (all of which are mandatory):

full residential address (including street address, suburb, state and postcode); and
c) acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the privacy and marketing consent provisions.

5.2 By submitting an entry, the Eligible Entrant warrants that all information provided is true, accurate, current and complete. Entries that do not include a full residential address will be invalid.
5.3 Unless otherwise specified on the Entry Site, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare multiple entries by the same person invalid.
5.4 The Major Prize will be delivered to the full residential address specified by the winner in their entry form. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that this address is complete and accurate. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or failure of delivery arising from incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details.
- Entry Pool and Draw Eligibility
6.1 All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be included in the first minor prize draw on 16 January 2026, and will remain in the draw pool for all subsequent minor prize draws and the major prize draw, unless the entry is otherwise deemed invalid.
6.2 An entrant who wins a minor prize will remain eligible for the major prize, but will not be eligible to win any further minor prizes.
6.3 Cut-off times for inclusion in each draw are as follows (all times AEST):

- Draw Details
7.1 Minor Draws 1 to 5 will take place at the offices of LJ Hooker Property Partners, 25 Pinelands Road, Sunnybank Hills QLD 4109, or at another location nominated by the Promoter in Queensland. Minor Draw 6 and the Major Draw will take place onsite at the Calamvale Community Market, Calamvale QLD, or at another location nominated by the Promoter in Queensland.
7.2 Draws will be conducted by random electronic selection or random manual draw, ensuring that each valid entry has a fair and equal chance of winning in accordance with Queensland promotional game requirements.
7.3 Draw schedule:
- Minor Draw 1: 16 January 2026, at approximately 2:00pm AEST
- Minor Draw 2: 13 February 2026, at approximately 2:00pm AEST
- Minor Draw 3: 13 March 2026, at approximately 2:00pm AEST
- Minor Draw 4: 17 April 2026, at approximately 2:00pm AEST
- Minor Draw 5: 15 May 2026, at approximately 2:00pm AEST
- Minor Draw 6 & Major Draw: 7 May 2026, at approximately 11:00am AEST
7.4 On 17 May 2026, the Minor Prizes for that date will be drawn first, followed by the Major Prize draw. The Major Prize draw will include all valid entries received during the Promotion Period, including:
a) entries that have not previously won any prize; and
b) entries of any prior Minor Prize winners from any of the earlier draws.
All previous entries and winners remain eligible to win the Major Prize, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
7.5 The Promoter may appoint an independent scrutineer for the draws if it considers this appropriate.
- Prizes
8.1 Major Prize
- One (1) TCL / Hisense 75" LED TV (exact model to be determined by the Promoter) valued at AUD $1,000 (inc. GST) (Major Prize).
8.2 Minor Prizes
8.2.1 There are five (5) different minor prize types offered in this Promotion (Minor Prizes), as follows:
a) Mints On Rosalie – $20 dine-in meal coupon

Ten (10) coupons available per Minor Prize Draw, for a total of sixty (60) coupons over six (6) draws.
b) Joyous Swim Schools – $50 value group lesson coupon

Three (3) coupons available per Minor Prize Draw, for a total of eighteen (18) coupons over six (6) draws.
c) Music Depot – $50 value private lesson coupon (30 minutes)

Two (2) coupons available per Minor Prize Draw, for a total of twelve (12) coupons over six (6) draws.
d) Jo & Co. Cafe – French Toast meal coupon (value $21)

One (1) coupon available per Minor Prize Draw, for a total of six (6) coupons over six (6) draws.
e) Q Bun Fun – Sushi Bun plus Hotpot Drink combo meal coupon (value $27)

One (1) coupon available per Minor Prize Draw, for a total of six (6) coupons over six (6) draws.
8.2.2 On each of the six (6) Minor Prize Draw dates listed in clause 7.3, seventeen (17) winners will be drawn in total, comprising:

10 winners of Mints On Rosalie coupons;

3 winners of Joyous Swim Schools coupons;
-
2 winners of Music Depot coupons;
-
1 winner of a Jo & Co. Cafe coupon; and
-
1 winner of a Q Bun Fun coupon.
Each winner will receive one (1) Minor Prize. Across the Promotion, one hundred and two (102) Minor Prizes will be awarded.
8.2.3 The exact description, quantity and recommended retail value (RRV) of each type of Minor Prize will be specified on the Entry Site and/or promotional materials (for example: gift vouchers, small appliances, hampers, etc.).
8.3 The total prize pool value is approximately AUD $3,988 (inc. GST).
8.4 Prizes:
a) are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except as required by law;
b) are subject to any terms, conditions and warranties imposed by the prize manufacturer or supplier; and
c) must not include any prohibited prizes (such as tobacco products, weapons, surgery or certain gaming products) in line with Queensland gaming regulations.
8.5 If any prize (or part of a prize) becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value as permitted under Queensland promotional game guidelines.
- Winner Notification and Publication
9.1 Winners will be contacted directly by the Promoter by phone, SMS and/or email using the contact details supplied in their entry, within two (2) business days of each draw.
9.2 The first initial, surname and suburb of winners may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels and, if required by law, in other media.
9.3 It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details are correct and current. The Promoter is not responsible if it is unable to contact a winner due to inaccurate or out-of-date details.
- Prize Claim and Unclaimed Prize Draws
10.1 Winners must claim their prize within three (3) months of the relevant draw date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10.2 Prizes will be made available for collection at LJ Hooker Property Partners, 25 Pinelands Road, Sunnybank Hills QLD 4109, or delivered/arranged by another method reasonably determined by the Promoter.
10.3 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact winners and deliver prizes, consistent with Queensland promotional game requirements.
10.4 If a prize remains unclaimed three (3) months after the relevant draw date, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same location and with the same method as the original draw, on a date no earlier than three months and one day after the original draw, or as otherwise required by law.
10.5 Any winners in an unclaimed prize draw will be notified in the same manner as in clause 9.
- Verification and Disqualification
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to:
- a) verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and place of residence); and
b) disqualify any entrant who:
- submits an entry which is incomplete, indecipherable, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions;
- tampers with the entry process or the Promotion in any way; or
- engages in conduct which is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or damaging to the Promoter’s goodwill.
11.2 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
11.3 The Promoter will keep appropriate records of entries, draws and winners for the minimum period required under Queensland law (currently five years for gaming-related records).
- Privacy and Direct Marketing
12.1 The Promoter collects personal information (including full legal name, email address, mobile number and residential address) in order to:
- a) conduct and administer the Promotion (including verifying eligibility, conducting draws, contacting winners and delivering prizes, including delivery of the Major Prize to the address provided); and
b) provide entrants with marketing communications about the products and services of the Promoter.
12.2 By entering the Promotion and submitting their details, each entrant expressly consents to:
- a) the Promoter collecting, using and storing their personal information for the purposes set out in clause 12.1; and
b) receiving direct marketing communications (including telephone calls, SMS, email and postal mail) from the Promoter, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and any other applicable laws.
12.3 Each marketing communication will include a simple means for the entrant to opt out (for example, an unsubscribe link in emails or instructions in SMS). If an entrant opts out, the Promoter will cease sending direct marketing communications within a reasonable period (no more than the timeframes contemplated under the Spam Act).
12.4 Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter using the details in clause 1.
12.5 Personal information will generally be stored in Australia, but may be disclosed to service providers who assist with IT, marketing or prize fulfilment. Any such disclosures will be in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
12.6 The Promoter’s privacy policy (available at https://www.ljhooker.com.au/legals/privacy-policy) provides more details about how the Promoter manages personal information, including complaint handling.
- General Conditions
13.1 The Promotion is conducted as a trade promotion in Queensland in accordance with category 4 promotional game guidelines. No separate gaming licence is required in Queensland for this type of promotion, provided the conduct complies with applicable laws. Sprintlaw+4Business Queensland+4publications.qld.gov.au+4
13.2 If the Promotion is advertised or made available outside Queensland, the Promoter will comply with any additional trade promotion requirements applicable in those other jurisdictions (for example, permit requirements in certain states or territories, if relevant).
13.3 If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including, but not limited to, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any written directions from relevant regulators, to:
- a) cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion; and/or
b) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees, warranties or conditions implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Liability
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its officers, employees, contractors and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, injury, cost or expense (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with:
- a) the Promotion;
b) any entry or prize; or
c) the conduct (or any act or omission) of any third-party prize supplier.
14.2 The Promoter is not responsible for:
- a) any late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted or invalid entries;
b) any technical difficulties, network failures, viruses, or other issues affecting the operation of the Entry Site or the conduct of the Promotion; or
c) a winner’s failure to take reasonable care of a prize after it has been delivered.
14.3 Entrants participate in the Promotion, and winners use prizes, at their own risk, subject to any non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Governing Law
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
15.2 Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts.
